Last night I drove home from a buddies house and specifically heard the knocking, I COULD DEFINITELY HEAR IT. Drove home carefully, did not take it over 3500 rpm's. Today I woke up and popped the hood, one of my spark plugs didn't look like it was pressed down all the way, it was connecting but the rubber from the top wasn't touching the VC, then the bad part.... I found some oil in and around it.

Change your tube seals
Okay, I just did a little research and that is teh number one thing I'm finding... Either replace the spark plug tubes and spark plugs, vc gasket... and the other one im seeing to find a lot is the injectors and or maf sensor...
took the VC off and im guessing my tube seals are fucked because there is (more than a little) oil #1... #2, #3, and 4# aren't nearly as bad if not any....I'll be replacing the wires, spark plugs, tube seals and VC gasket tomorrow and see how it goes from there....
