Been searching but too no avail...
If i remember correctly someone made holes for 52mm gauges in the cluster surround.
Looked something like this, although this example is for a 2000 Subaru Forester.

That is very easy to do if u are handy with putty, dremmel... Just buy one like this and use the ones on the sides!
