New modification to trailing arm bushing coming soon!

UNISA JECS Delrin bearing design for rear trailing arm bushing to eliminate binding and allow free rotating and wear of the polyurethane bushing.

Making a new downpipe, will be a 2.75" to 3" diameter downpipe to replace my current 2.5" downpipe, at the same time also installing my bored out GTi-R o2 housing.

Bored out GTi-R o2 housing

Modifying flange for custom fit for 2.75" downpipe

Again here modifying the custom flange to ~match the I.D. of the down pipe

Unmodified flange

Just showing the difference between my stock GTi-R outlet compared to my new 2.75" flange...pretty noticeable difference in diameter and my new bored and ported GTi-R o2 housing (not pictured) matches the 2.75" flange

That's not even an intentional launch, it's me actually having to turn right from a stop trying to walk around the turn keeping rpm's low until i'm starightend out then I rolled into the throttle in 1st gear semi quickly.
