need some help !

so just yesterday i had done some upgrades to my car. (02 5spd p11) put in a walbro 255 lph fuel pump and a z32 fuel filter. after the test drive everything was fine it felt great and ready to go. same day when i was driving home from work it started to act up. not exactly sure whats wrong but ill describe it as best as i can. (i dont know if this has anything to do with the fuel delivery but it was running fine before this)

during idle nothing seems wrong at all, i can rev to redline without a problem. no difference at all from that stand point. when under load at around 2.5k to 4k it starts ( to me feels like sputtering and has a hard time getting past that point) i can shit into the next gear with no grinding and its smooth. imo if feels kinda like the clutch is just spinning under load and doesnt grab when i try to rev past 3k. with that being said i has just replaced the clutch with a brand new key valve clutch and the flywheel was resurfaced as well. so i dont think the clutch could be bad already.

my question is after a pump upgrade if this has happened to anyone? or seen something similar.

here is a video i took. you can see in first guy everything is pretty normal and it actually didnt happened when i thought it would then i shifted into 2nd and towards the end of the vid you can see he start to have some issues

thanks for all the help guys

higher volume pump = more fuel + same air flow = rich.
you may be flooding the cylinders with fuel causing the bogging
you can destroy your cat. converter if you keep running super rich
Did you install a Nismo FPR?

Injectors won't get more fuel due to a higher lph FP. The fuel goes through the factory FPR which by definition, regulates the fuel pressure.

i dont think its really running rich

no i did not
Given that you have a MAF sensor code, that makes me suspect fuel related issues. Maybe the pump wasn't installed properly leading to not enough fuel under load? Who knows. Bring her over and we'll figure it out.
Maybe return to stock fuel pump and filter and see if the condition still remains

..... -_- i hate when you are right

put old back in and it works just fine

this is the code you get when you install a header. Do you have aftermarket header?
