I just recently bought my G20t a couple weeks ago at a used dealership in the area. After doing some research on these cars, I found out that the prior owner of this car is a member on these boards! It's a '99 and it does not look its age. I fell in love with this car very quickly.

Here's a list of the modifications from the prior owner:

-Lower cross member solid poly mounts.
-KYB GR2 Struts and Eibach Sport Springs (modified bumpstops)
-Front and Rear upper strut tower bars
-Polished Stainless Dual Tip Muffler
-Short throw shifter with Momo shift knob.
-Sony Headunit, Polk Speakers, powered by Alpine 4 channel amp, all aftermarket monster cable/scosche wiring, neatly ran all wires through door tracks, removed bose rear deck amp, Alpine amp mounted in stock bose amp location (very clean) everything soldered and installed to the highest level by myself.
-Digital Heater control panel now has blue LEDs to better match Sony Headunit.
-Fog light rewire mod, new fog and headlamp lenses (8000k headlights, 6000k fogs, excellent blend of light for night driving)
-Ford Taurus Cup Holder/Coin Mod

Recent modifications:
-New Kuhmo tires on mint stock mesh style wheels
-New Exedy Stage 1 Clutch (about 5k miles on new setup)
-New Amsoil GL4 Transmission Fluid
-New Thermostat, Engine Coolant Temp Sensor and recent Radiator flush
-New emissions solenoids and vacuum lines
-NEW OEM Floor Mats and Trunk Mat, professionally cleaned carpet (literally has new car smell)
-New upper and lower O2 sensors (avg 32mpg highway, 28mpg around town)
-Newer NGK Laser Platinum plugs, newer dizzy cap and rotor (timing set to 15 degrees BTDC)
-Brakes were changed within the past year and a half (more than 75% of life left on all 4, calipers painted black)

welcome! Who's was it and how much you get her for? Looks familiar.
I don't know his member name on the boards but his name is Tony. I bought it for $6K, 102,000 miles. I couldn't pass it up the body and interior looks so new.
WELCOME!!!
what a beaut. car is purty,
exterior shots tho plz
My current issue with the car is the MPG. I'm trying to figure out why I'm only getting a little above 200 miles per tank.
platinum plugs maybe? try coppers, they are cheaper and better overall. are cap and rotor oem or aftermarket? how are the plug wires?
welcome! beautiful car too! keep an eye out for our annual summer BBQ for members that we hold in our backyard in mt. prospect... maybe you can join us?
The weather's been to cold around here lately to mess around under the hood. As soon as it warms up enough I'll what's going on under the hood. The previous owner stated that Newer NGK Laser Platinum plugs are installed and a newer dizzy cap and rotor w/ timing set to 15 degrees before top dead centre. I'm also hoping that the frigid weather is causing the horrible gas mileage.
Sigh... Glad it's in good hands.

It's running NGK platinum, brand new maf, and professionally cleaned oe injectors. Also had a recent alignment right before I traded it in. Best I would get is about 350-380 miles on a full tank.

Cold weather is probably not helping it either.

VE will be a very easy swap, runs on a 96 ecu with resistor in the egr (bypassed).

Aftermarket cap and rotor. I never changed the wires. Aftermarket engine coolant temp sensor.

Tony! It's nice to see you on here!
Thanks. I'm on from time to time. Looking to get back into a p10 within the next year. Let me know if you ever have questions, tried keeping this car as close to stock as possible, and if I changed anything I tried doing it in good taste.

Owner before me kept the car clean, but some of his upgrades were done really half assed, the car had 5 CEL codes and messed up wiring when I bought it. I'm sure he beat on the car pretty hard too, that de is pretty tired, also needs a new ac compressor, I have the one on there bypassed with a shorter belt.
Thanks guys! I just purchased a a new DVD head unit to fill the double din nicely. I've seen another member put one also and it looks like it really belongs in the dash. I'll post pictures up after the install.
I'm so jealous of your leather
The leather is beautiful for its age.
99 black touring leather > all other G20 leather. p10t comes close too.
