Here is my first attempted at making an intercooler piping kit for my P11 that will allow me to keep my fog lights:

WARNING: Im I newbie welder I am learning as I go!

Here's a little bit of the hotside:

Is far from complete but shudl be able to 90 degree it under the AC compressir hoses and then come up to a 45 to the compressor outlet.

Heres the 2 cold side pipes

Candycane pipe

Just one more picture of the compressor outlet pipe:

Yea one of my buddies that gets down with TIG welding told me that alot of the ebay kits use shitty grade aluminum (dirty) and doesn't weld well at all, just something to think about.

I bought my piping from www.globaltecheng.com

Very nice. Not bad for an amateur. Not bad at all.
Thanks.....I'll get to the hotside maybe tommorrow but i'll have to remove my exhaust manifold and temporarily mount up the turbo setup so i can probably make and align my compressor outlet pipe.
