this may be the wrong section to ask about this, but i brought my 94 g to town fair tire to get an alignment and they said that infiniti doesnt supply the castor or camber adjustments for the front or rear...is this true? or do i have to go to the dealer :-\

you can only adjust the toe..(lame, i know)

if you camber/caster is off, something is bent. they are mechanically controlled by the control arms. there should be factory spec numbers on here somewhere..

Being one of those "the dealer is the antichrist" types, I hate to say it but: when screwing with fine cornering tire adjustment, leave it to those with the specialized instruments, so most likely a dealer or Nissan/Japanese specialist. The car should handle great; if it's bent, you could be in for a world of hurt. It's not like adjusting coilovers, you're talking about overall geometry. I would make some calls around to see if people have the big bar apparatus for set up - otherwise, bilk the dealer of their coffee and donuts and glare balefully at them while answering all questions with monosyllabic venom. Even guys who restore cars check the geometry with a real rig; it's just not worth flipping over or finding the tail of the car out in front of you. Imagine trying to explain how it happened in G.

I think the superbro bushing kit can be setup with a concentric bolt in order to adjust camber.... onless you have extremely slammed the car to the ground you dont need to adjust the camber... If there is uneven tire wear, best bet would be your upper control arm bushing is worn and you need to replace the part.

Nissan specifies the castor and camber angles for checking. However, they are not adjustable, only toe in/out is adjustable. You do not have to go to the dealer for alignments. Just about any shop can do it.
