So I misplaced this prize piece and finally found it while looking for something else (always seems to happen that way it seems)

Anyway, This is $50 and includes the side mount brackets and hardware as shown here in the pics. Sorry I did not get the chance to clean up the AZ dust and dirt on it but I was so excited to find it after having it 'lost' for so long!!!
