I took a video of the suspension, its coming from the upper half ... can't be the lower part, i've replaced control arms (OE), shocks, stabilizer links and bushings already ... is this the upper balljoint ? or something else ?

sounds different than the 2 squeaky UCA ive had. have you looked for wear marks on springs? is there any play in the wheel when the front is jacked up?

I have the exact same thing for a while i was thinking it was the uca or strut.

I replaced the lower arms recently not the upper ones... I'll take the wheel off this weekend and poke around to see what is lose...

is there a specific process to check if the UCA is bad ?

jack up the car and see if the wheel moves back and forth vertically to see if you have UCA movement or not

Hey Rory that exact noise happened to my P11, I replaced my Upper Control Arms with this Bilstein.

The noise stopped after replacing it

Both of my Upper Control Arms went after 300,000km and the noise was gone

Hey JesseBlue thanks and yeah that noise was so annoying my car could be heard from a few blocks driving home people knew when I got home from work Then again now they just hear my 95 P10 DET more so but I don't mind that attention lol Not sure if you're local in Southern Ontario, if you are here is the local link
