I have been fighting a very squeaking clutch peddle. I have tried everything. WD40, axle grease, oil, and so on. What do I need to do?

Have you checked your clutch cable?

It could be the actual squeak that you are hearing and not the pedal. Just a thought!

Yes I got a new cable. That helped for a little while. But it came back.

I've been battling a squeak in my clutch pedal assembly for almost a year now. I healthy dose of triflow silences it temporarily, but it comes back in a couple months. I can't really tell exactly where in the assembly its coming from, its kinda a hard angle to get your head into. Seems to me the spring that holds the pedal in place may be sqeaking or the plastic washers between the springs and the metal brackets may be squeaking. I may have to take it apart one day and give everythings a bath in grease but for now a triflow shower is going to have to do.
