[G20-Budo]

A few years ago I picked up a 20V header. It came with a big 3" secondary, which I wasn't too happy with. I chatted with Charles (Snickers) about it. I wanted to port the primary some (would require some welding), and get a 2 into 1 secondary built for it, instead of the 3" dump pipe. One thing led to another (thank to Cody and Edgar) the primary arrived at Charles place, and as time permitted he did his magic.

Yes that is the factory heat shield.. and YES it is Gold.. it's along story, I'll let Colin or Charles post the details on that Gold.

This is the 2 to 1 stainless secondary that Charles made:

Yes, that's a stainless V-band clamp.

I'll post more pics as I get it test fitted on my car, and get my push fan for one side of my radiator.

Not needed for me, because street car. I'm not aiming for top peak hp.. I'm looking for a good all around setup that has good midrange and top end. Plus, I don't want it too loud, I'm getting old you know. :geezer: I need to get my baseline dyno done so I can start installing parts. I have some N1's and 20V valve springs to go with..

HUGE thanks to Snickers (Charles) for building the stainless secondary, modding the 20V primary, fixing the bad threads in one of the holes on the primary, hooking me up with the factory heat shield AND for the hookup on the 20V valve springs. I think that about covers it for the HP topics. I'll thank him for the cosmetic parts in another thread. :teeth:

Did you get any figures with this upgrade? I'm getting the same header and was wondering about gains.

Not yet.. been dragging my ass.. I want to get dyno #'s before and after and haven't gotten around to doing the before yet.

I have everything here to do it, except the one push fan, and a local to me forum member has the fan, I just need to go pick it up.

LOL! Getting there bro. Got a ton of home projects in work right now. And a number of other projects for the P10 (including the repair of my B15 trans that I've be slacking on)..

Hey NiCoXis, you out there? I got my baseline dyno done, so I went ahead and put the 20V header on while I was swapping out my transmission for a B15 LSD unit.

Here are the pics of the 20V header and the custom secondary (built by our very on Charles (Snickers)).

Checkout the clearance on the secondary!!!
