Rim and Tire Fittment by Mep

Okay... here's a little list of tire sizes & required offsets for the P11 & P10. This list has been compiled based on knowledge I have gained from buying, selling, testing, & just talking about wheels on the G20. If I have not tested it myself, then I have talked to someone who has...otherwise, the parameters are based on calculations derived from tested & known fitments.

Please review & let me know if there are any other known combos that I may have missed.

P11 tire fitments:

*195/60/15 - 24.2" diameter (35-45mm offset required)*(99-01 Touring)
*195/65/15 - 25" diameter(35-45mm offset required)*(99-02 Standard)
205/50/15 - 23.1" diameter (35-45mm offset required)
205/55/15 - 23.9" diameter (38-45mm offset required)

205/45/16 - 23.3" diameter (35-45mm offset required)
*205/50/16 - 24.1" diameter (35-45mm offset required)*('02 Sport)
215/40/16 - 22.9" diameter (32-45mm offset required)
215/45/16 - 23.6" diameter (38-45mm offset required)
225/40/16 - 23.1" diameter (35-45mm offset required)
225/45/16 - 24" diameter (42-45mm offset required)
225/50/16 - on stock 16 inch sport wheels (according to Marty)

205/40/17 - 23.5" diameter (35-45mm offset required)-reinforced sidewall recommended
205/45/17 - 24.3" diameter (38-45mm offset required)
205/50/17 - 25.1" diameter (38-45mm offset required)
215/40/17 - 23.8" diameter (38-45mm offset required)
215/45/17 - 24.7" diameter (40-45mm offset required)
225/40/17 - 24.1" diameter (42-45mm offset required)
225/45/17 - 25.1" diameter (42-45mm offset required)

215/35/18 - 23.9" diameter (38-45mm offset required)-reinforced sidewall recommended
215/40/18 - 24.8" diameter (40-45mm offset required)
225/35/18 - 24.2" diameter (42-45mm offset required)
225/40/18 - 25.1" diameter (42-45mm offset required)

215/35/19 - 24.9" diameter (42-45mm offset required)
225/35/19 - 25.2" diameter (42-45mm offset required)

*stock setup

Note on P11 offsets- All offsets listed assuming the car is not lowered more than 3"... otherwise, fender lip trimming may be required... also, in most cases, a 2-6mm spacer may be used on the rear just for the purpose of making the width of the rear track visually match that of the front(not neccesarily a performance gain).

P10 tire fitments:

185/60/14 - 22.7" diameter (35-45mm offset required)
185/65/14 - 23.5" diameter (35-45mm offset required)
195/55/14 - 22.4" diameter (38-45mm offset required)
*195/60/14 - 23.2" diameter (35-45mm offset required)*(91-93 P10)
*195/65/14 - 24" diameter (35-45mm offset required)*(93.5-96 P10)
205/60/14 - 23.7" diameter (38-42mm offset required)

195/50/15 - 22.7" diameter (35-45mm offset required)
195/55/15 - 23.4" diameter (35-42mm offset required)
195/60/15 - 24.2" diameter (35-38mm offset required)
205/50/15 - 23.1" diameter (38-42mm offset required)
205/55/15 - 23.9" diameter (38mm offset required)

195/50/16 - 23.7" diameter (35-42mm offset required)
205/40/16 - 22.5" diameter (38-45mm offset required)
205/45/16 - 23.3" diameter (38-42mm offset required)
205/50/16 - 24.1" diameter (38-40mm offset required)
215/40/16 - 22.8" diameter (40-42mm offset required)
215/45/16 - 23.6" diameter (40mm offset required w/ 7.5" rims...40-42mm w/ 7" rims) correction

205/40/17 - 23.5" diameter (38-40mm offset required)
205/45/17 - 24.3" diameter (38mm offset required)
215/40/17 - 23.8" diameter (40mm offset required w/ 7.5" rims...40-42mm w/ 7" rims)
215/35/18 - 23.9" diameter (40mm offset required w/ 7.5" rims...40-42mm w/ 7" rims)

*stock setup

Note on P10 offsets & sizes available- All offsets listed assuming the car is not lowered more than 3"... otherwise, fender lip trimming may be required... some other sizes & alternate offsets are known to fit a P10 with the use of spacers, and/or trimming the fender lips.

Example of sizes known to fit P10 w/ clearance modifications:

225/40/16(40mm offset)
215/35/19(40mm offset)

Wheel width ranges that will work with all tires listed above:

14x6-14x7
15x6-15x7
16x6.5-16x7.5
17x7-17x8
18x7-18x8
19x7-19x8

KYB AGX & GR2 Shocks for P11

Since the KYB shock setup for the P11 is a ghetto setup, here are the part numbers and cars that they come from. These are direct replacements, no modifications required. You have a chioce between Adjustable dampening (AGX) and Non-adjustable (GR2) shocks.

P11 front shock from a 91-96 G20 (P10)
*AGX part # 741029
*GR2 part# 341120

P11 rear shock from a 95-99 Sentra/200SX (B14)
*AGX part # 741021
*GR2 part # 341194

Additional Info provided by RCNV

Q. What are the adjustment settings for AGX products?

A. The AGX products have the following approximate damping force values.
When adjusted, both rebound and compression damping forces change.

Setting#: Relative Value
1 - Same as Factory 100
2 - Same as our GR2 products (10~15% firmer than Factory) 115
3 - 50% firmer than #2 172
4 - 30% firmer than #3 223

For an eight position adjustable product, the damping force values are approx.

The following with #2 being Factory at a relative value of 100,

#1 = 95 (5% Softer than Factory)
#2 = 100 (Factory damping force)
#3 = 107.5 (7.5% firmer than Factory)
#4 = 115 (15% firmer than Factory)
#5 = 143.5 (43.5% firmer than actory)
#6 = 172 (72% firmer than Factory)
#7 = 197.5 (97.5% firmer than Factory)
#8 = 223 (123 % firmer than Factory )

hope this helps

Wheel Lug Torque Settings

All Years: 72 - 87 ft/lbs (thanks trbobrk)

Note: If you are using keyed wheel lock lug nuts, it is recomended to torque them down to 80 ft/lbs. Higher values might strip the *keys* on the lug.
