Depends on if you are planning to do a DE+T or a DET. ;)

Seriously, if you're not sure on that I would recommend doing many simpler mechanical jobs before going turbo, or else paying someone else to do all the work. Turboing your car requires a lot of parts (intercooler, turbo-related exhaust parts, more durable clutch, etc.) as well as a lot of expertise to put everything together and tune it. It may also require some fabrication. It's not for the faint of heart -- I've swapped out an engine but am not sure if I'd be ready to do a turbo install.
