I was out having a lil fun in my p10, and well.. I thru a piece of a rod or something of the such thru my block, so well, I'm having a new sr20de put in, well nearly new, 30,000 miles on it. I was wondering if there was anything to watch out for when putting this in?

Also, Whenever my car ran, when I'd have it in gear and hit the gas, I could feel the gear shifter jerk, from what I don't know.. it's not that far thought approximately an inch, but I don't like it, is there a quick fix, or a way to make it stop??

Apparently that happens often to the SR20s, cuz same thing happened to me. Well, I woulda suggested an SR20DET replacment, but I did the same thing you're gonna do; get a lower mileage DE. Well, just make sure your mechanic knows what he's doing, or if you're doing it yourself, I really suggest reading the swap article in Sport Compact Car a few months back, cuz they cover the swap really well. They do a whole sidebar on handling the connecting rod bearing thing.
