I am told by the dealer that I can not have polyurethene bushings installed without chaning out the whole arm assy(which have rubber)....any info would be appreciated.

Well, if ES would make a set for us (or you use the SE-R rear bushings which i believe work in the rear). You should just be able to press the old ones out, and press the new ones in. It's not easy to do, it takes a press to do, but you can do it without purchasing a new set of control arms.
