nope 93 G20's are the only year it wont fit into...

actually it will but you need a good prybar, and it better not be a cheap one or it will bend.

seriously though it will but this is asked almost as much as "what else should i get with my det motor" or with this ebay intake fit my car "insert random porno link here"

you will need intake and exhaust mods and fuel management and something to control the cam switch, etc etc read a little before you start dreaming out loud.

A South Gate member! I'm currnetly in SG too, but getting the hell out of here at the end of the month!

Anyway, just browse through the VVL/VE section and you'll see several of our VE blogs, including mine and David's, which will give you tons of info. Feel free to hit me up with any further questions AFTER you browse through those threads.

yes, but based on this post i think ur be better off with a det
I disagree. A VE is way easier to do in basically all respects, and way easier to get it to be reliable. DET requires more parts, more knowledge, usually more money, and preferably a fair amount of tuning. To make it reliable, there's even more of all of the above. My VE was very close to a bolt-in swap, although I still would not recommend going into it without a fair amount of knowledge.

Yeah, we did both of ours on OBDI highports, which if you have a 93 is what you have. It's a bit more complicated to do the swap on a highport P10 than on a lowport P10, but the extra stuff is pretty easy to surmount if you know where it is and what you're doing. The link to my blog is in my signature.
