I disagree. A VE is way easier to do in basically all respects, and way easier to get it to be reliable. DET requires more parts, more knowledge, usually more money, and preferably a fair amount of tuning. To make it reliable, there's even more of all of the above. Yeah, we did both of ours on OBDI highports, which if you have a 93 is what you have. It's a bit more complicated to do the swap on a highport P10 than on a lowport P10, but the extra stuff is pretty easy to surmount if you know where it is and what you're doing.
