Hey there I've been lurking the G20 forums for a while now and finally decided to join. To tell you a little about myself I'm 19 in my second semester of school at my local community college. I work and study full time (and commute back and forth using public transportation... for now at least! :dead:) I've been saving up for my first car and am looking to own a G20 (currently in the process of buying a 2001 G20 about 95k miles).

I probably won't tune it up, as I'm really more into the aesthetics of a car (I love the G20's interior and see tremendous potential on the exterior) also because I would like to get a few more years behind the wheel before I start moving up. I'll be honest I hardly know anything about modding cars, but I am still looking to do most of the work myself, I'd like to consider myself to be pretty handy and I learn rather quick so I will be looking to you guys for help :naughty:.

Anyway if there are any threads or tutorials or any general information about maintaining and basic modification of G20's or any gripes or personal experience/ things to look out for that you think would be helpful please post them here.

Welcome, just a year ago I too knew nothing about modding a car, now I've pretty much modded every inch of my G20 lol I went from not knowing anything, to full on swap and build, anything is possible and I wish you luck with your journey with your G20. It will indeed be a very special learning experience for you. I know it has been for me, and I still have much to learn lol.
