In my experience when I bought parts in Japan I did not go to the dealership directly for OEM parts. As odd as it sounds, Nissan has specific outlets for parts and you should find one of those. They are usually crappy looking places off the beaten path (at least the two I've been to). The places are called 日産部品販売 use yahoo maps to find them.I just visited my local Nissan dealership, and the cap/rotor are really expensive! I see that Courtesy Nissan and other American suppliers are selling for about half my cost. How are they doing that?
I think by the time he ships it back to Japan it would be a moot point, IMO. The guy lives in Fukushima prefecture according to his location :-\sealti.
