99 is different from 00-02 P11. You need to be more specific.

99 only fits 99.. 00-02 fits 99-02

Incorrect. 99 will fit on all P11's, 00+ (roller rocker) will only fit on 00+ motors. Reason: roller rockers don't have cam oilers, thus the VC baffles sit much lower. When you try to install a RR VC on a DE, it will not even plop in place.

Sweet, lets try to meet up... its a friend that has everything to powder.. I just help him. Small oven though, biggest we can do is like a valve cover or maybe a 17-18" wheel...
