Do auto and manual thermostats open at the same temp? Also would a jdm thermostat open at the same temp as a usdm one or is it like the temp sensor that is deferent compared to the us models?

all i know is that, never ever use jdm temp sensor on usdm motors (something about different resistance load)

well yeah I know that about the jdm temp sensor. I'm just using it as a comparison for the thermostat. I just want to make sure I can use the jdm thermostat which is originally from an auto, but compared to the piece of crap I got from schucks its obviously made far better

oh sorry, yeah.. you should be fine. im currently using the stock thermostat that came w/ my ve motor
