It's been fun, but I think it's time for us to part our ways... After two years it's time to move on to something nicer and hopefully AWD :teeth:

Overiew
2000 G20t KH3, 128k miles, original Roller Rocker, and 6 Speed w/ABS!, AC

Prices are OBO
NA Price: $3,500
Turbo Price: $4,500

Car spent most of it's life in Texas, and about 4 years in VA/MD, has slight rust in the trunk.

Car is currently turbo, I will be returning it back to stock over the next few weeks (or days if someone is really interested).

SR20DE RR with 114k miles (Original RR, I had a VE in for 14k miles.)
Block is tapped for turbo (had turbo for 8k miles)

Forgot to mention, the car does have a 0 Toe beam, from 1/8" toe in. Made a really nice difference with low speed turning. I'm trying to decide what's worth the time to remove and what I should leave on the car, exterior/interior pictures will come after that.

few questions,
1. you put stock ve valve springs in the RR and it worked?
2. how did you get a lowport inake mani to fit the RR? pics please.
3. would you sell that patch harness separately?
4. by 0 toe, you mean you had the toe straightened on the rear beam like the b15 guys do?

Sure answers and pictures are below. Btw looks like I will never get around to using the JDM manifold to test it. Unless my lowport rail magically fits on it as I'm stripping the car down.

Yup, been driving for 10k miles with VE valve springs and boost.

You need VE inside washers though





2. how did you get a lowport inake mani to fit the RR? pics please.
This one is fairly easy, but you do need to do some cutting on the water pipe. This allows you to use sidefed injectors and old styled IACV with your older ECU (stock 32bit ecu wont be happy).

Issue is LP manifold's water neck hits the RR stock pipe, and there is not much room for an elbow without cutting.



Stock pipe can be modified to work




Rest is just bolting it up like the stock mani



Once you get it in, there is one slight clearance issue with TB, thermoblock spacer helps fix it



Oh and PCV valve is in the way a little


But at the end of the day you get 10whp gain (On b13 stock tune), so it's worth the trouble



3. would you sell that patch harness separately?
I actually haven't ran the step down harness for a long time already, so yes I can sell it to you right now. I repined this car's ECU harness because of a much cleaner look.




My old harness wasn't pretty but it got the job done.


4. by 0 toe, you mean you had the toe straightened on the rear beam like the b15 guys do?
I cold bent the beam to 0 toe with toe plates. B15 guys use heat mainly, you need a powerful torch for heat, plus with heat the beam changes toe once it cools down, some say heat also weakens the metal.

I've checked the rear toe multiple times with my toe plates after couple hundred miles and it's been spot on.

Bumping this up, reduced price. Removed cloth seats/doors, JDM center console, and other little price increasers and I'm down to this. I would like to sell the car 6 speed and OBD1, saves me the trouble and someone else who plans to turbo/convert to OBD1 anyway.

Long overdue engine bay pictures, just finished installing the T25 and injectors.







Space is a little tight with the stock sized fans


Z32 MAF, flange removed, thus it's 3" in and out, can be setup as blow through.
