So like a year ago i picked up a stock P11 G20 grill to do something with....

hacked it up and smoothed it...

hacked up some metal and started fitting it... this is how it looked with inserts just slid in place and no paint...

I DIDN'T LIKE IT!! ... so i picked up one these old P10 Primera phase 1 grilles..

and hacked it up!

form fit near flush

and started the molding process using abs glue..

almost how i want it- ready for the first coat of primer

now that it has some primer on i can see a couple spots that need to be sanded an little more before paint, but i like how its turning out...
